FOTD: Blue for Brown Eyes

So I was tweeting around today about my lack of enthusiasm for my brown eyes & that I wanted to try blue eyeshadow, but I feared it would look just plain awful. Typically in the past I feel like I've jumped right out of an 80's movie if I attempt blue eyes, but today a fellow tweeter and beauty blogger (YouTube: lozrii) urged me to give it a try assuring me that blue shadow looks great with brown eyes! Well I took her advice and gave it a whirl, and here is the end result (excuse the hair, this is immediately post shower makeup time lol):
